Onions with Balsamic Vinegar
INGREDIENTS:
- 300 gr of white onions
- Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI
- roasting aromas
- extra virgin olive oil
- vegetable broth
- black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
Put the onions in a pan with a few tablespoons of oil and brown them. Add half a glass of vegetable stock, the bay leaves, salt and pepper and the roast aromas. Wait for the broth to evaporate, at this point add a few tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and cook for a few more minutes before serving.
