Surprise of Goat
INGREDIENTS:
- puff pasta
- goat cheese
- 4 spoons of honey
- Varvello Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI
- salt
- pepper
Cover the pan with a sheet of puff pasta: cut it in several squares and make tiny holes using a fork. Cut in dices ¾ of goat and ¼ of mozzarella. Fill the squares of puff pasta and cover with honey.
Drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI of Varvello.
Bake at 180° for about 15 minutes until the puff past will be golden.
Once cooked, arrange it on a serving dish and add some drops of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and serve it.
